Just Arrested?

If your friend, relative or loved one has just been arrested, you may contact Attorney Richard Tendler at (877) 655-4080 or the emergency line at (561) 644-7103 at any time.

The Florida Constitution requires that when someone is arrested, they must either be given a bond or if they are not given a bond, they must be brought before a Judge within 24 hours of their arrest. This is what is called a "First Appearance" hearing. At this hearing, the Judge will determine the amount of the bond to be set and any other conditions of release.

You may contact Richard Tendler at (561) 644-7103 to arrange for Mr. Tendler to appear at the First Appearance Hearing or to retain him and have him assist with having your friend or relative released on bond.
